I was raised in the lush hinterland of Byron Bay, Australia, a region celebrated for its rich variety of fresh produce, top-quality meats, and seafood. Growing up in a family of passionate cooks and chefs, I’ve always had a deep appreciation for healthy, flavourful food. It's a tradition that has shaped my love for creating delicious, nourishing meals.
At 18, I began my professional career in the kitchen, refining my craft and deepening my knowledge. For the past decade, I’ve been fortunate to co-own and run a local cafe in Byron Bay, Espressohead Cafe, where I worked closely with local farmers, butchers and fishmongers to create menus that highlight the very best seasonal ingredients. My approach is simple: deliver dishes that are both approachable and extraordinary.
I’m especially passionate about collaborating with clients to design bespoke menus tailored to their dietary needs and preferences, ensuring that every meal is not only a reflection of quality and care, but also a truly personal experience.
In my spare time, I enjoy being outdoors, whether it's capturing breathtaking landscapes through photography, hitting the waves for some surfing, playing a round of golf, or carving up the slopes on my snowboard. I also love cooking delicious meals for my family, always finding joy in creating something special for loved ones.
